Emotional Stress Release

"Emotional Stress Release" (ESR) is a technique taught in "Touch for Health" (No. One) - a weekend seminar. See www.tfhka.org or your health food store to learn of seminars in your area.

When we are under stress, blood goes to the back of our brain, where the past is stored. But when a hand is placed on the forehead, blood moves to the front of the brain - which unfortunately most of us use only 5% of the time. This is where 'new choice' is located.

So, to heal emotional stress, lightly place a few fingers on the other person's forehead, while the person 'looks at a video' of the emotion. It is best if they close their eyes while they do this.

Within a very short period of time (often a few minutes) the person will be less emotional about the particular incident, and therefore less affected by it. This can be verified with muscle testing. Before Emotional Stress Release they will muscle test weak when they think of the incident. After ESR they should test strong when they think of the incident. If they don't, there is more to do.

You can do this for yourself also. Make sure you are touching the two areas where the 'horns' (joke) are - the two bony ridges.

Emotional Stress Release.  Cover the forehead like this, or with one hand, whenever you or anyone is hurt or upset, for at least a few minutes. You need to touch the two areas where the 'horns' (bony bumps) are.
